How to Invest in Bitcoin: Within the Financial Markets

Client Classification

Retail Clients:

They have limited access to certain high-risk investment products, including some crypto-related investments. Professional Clients:

These clients have broader access to a range of investment products, including high-risk crypto investments. They are presumed to have the necessary experience, knowledge, and financial capability to understand and bear the risks associated with these products. The regulatory protections for professional clients are less stringent compared to retail clients, reflecting their higher level of sophistication.
